I have been kept up to date that the delivery of the replacement parts will be delayed by a week, because the items I ordered was out of stock. I got all the items the following week and my BBQ is like new again now.

I sent in a query using the online form, regarding the 70cm twin fork. Within 45 min Duane had responded and had added the information to their online listing. The amazing customer service lead me to purchase 2 of the forks

Having placed order I received an email to say that items were out of stock but would be available with 2 weeks. The company responded promptly to my emails and the items were delivered within the agreed timescale.

Absolutely love the little rotisserie barbecue a little bit disappointed with the missing out on the 5% on first purchase even though paid through PayPal I thought a little token gesture of a rub or something could’ve been sent up as compensation cheers
