Wrong item sent 2 weeks before Christmas. Correct item never arrived in time.

Very disappointed that an item listed as 'in stock' and ordered was not delivered by christmas. Order placed in november. The website clearly needs improvements with supply availability because this is far from the first occurrence.

I bought this for my husband as a birthday gift and I think it’s the first gift I’ve ever got him that he really, truly loved! We got married in Cyprus so is a perfect reminder of all the amazing souvlaki we ate. Delivery was lightning fast and the bbq itself is fantastic. We highly recommend!
