Ordered grill plates for my BBQ. Was emailed that day that they were not in stock and if I would like to proceed with order, as it may take a week. I was happy to wait and it only ended up being a 3 day wait till they were shipped. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size as I did not know my bbq came in two different sizes. I emailed them and received a quick reply stating I could exchange them and pay the difference for the larger size. I dealt with 4 different people at the BBQ Store for ordering, exchange and payment etc online or on the phone and was provided prompt and exceptional service from all of them. No run around or excuses just straight forward service and have no problem in recommending them.

We live in Texas and ordered a Beefeater flat top grill for our son who just moved to Sydney from Singapore. We wanted to have the new grill delivered for Father's Day. Duane informed me that the Beefeater grills were out of stock and there was a chance that they may not be shipped before Father's Day. He suggested a Camp Chef as a replacement and the buying experience was wonderful. Duane was the consumate professional and even helped us with delivery dates and special wrapping to make sure the grill was a surprise until it was unwrapped. Out son was very pleased with his gift. The BBQ Store provided sterling customer service and we will be ordering more from them in the future.
