Miss Melody is always professional, polite and efficient. Prices have increased this year but I stay with Flag due to the customer service. Miss Melody especially is a credit to the company.

Really great with flag insurance, the quote was exactly as the website stated, which was a very refreshing change. I personally added on one other thing to be covered on the policy. They are not pushy like some agents explained everything in detail. I personally get fed up with quotes online then once you contact them all of a sudden it’s gone up a few hundred pounds. I would definitely suggest if you are looking for taxi insurance give them a try. Alan was really good, clear and concise and all being well after this nice experience will be using them again next year for definite.
