Incredibly cheap with their juices/selection, able to pay £15 for a value pack of 3x 50ml is insane as if you got them in-store, they're 12.99-16.99 per bottle. That is the only good point I can find with using these guys. Despite me using these guys constantly as I will never find a cheaper place, I must say their customer service and delivery is terrible. There's no point in paying for quicker delivery because you'll still receive it the same time as the free delivery, this is due to them always sorting out orders late, orders not going through/forgetting that they have an order or giving false advertisement when it comes to "order now and it get by....." This is never the case and I'm having to always run up to them with where's my package, which they'll reply with "oh sorry our team was sick that day" I can understand if that's the case but it's been everytime I've ordered something and that's every month since 2017

Why all the negative reviews on here? I ordered the vgod elite mech mod from this company and all I can say is WOW! Great product at an amazing price. This item was a fraction of the usual price, genuine product and very fast delivery. I will certainly order again from No.1 Ejuice, highly recommended. Many thanks.

I bought the 250ml of the gamble pack and gamble it was I received 4 x 50ml bottles 1 x 10ml and 4 nic shots where to start surly if you are a repeat customer they should at least look back on your account and see what sort of flavours you have bought in the past I'm not saying they should be an accurate flavour to what you have bought but to at least a flavour near to what you like. So I got my gamble pack and I was excited as it shows random makes of what you should get and I got far to many lemon flavours and mango flavours and menthol which I hate so to me it was a gamble which didn't pay off as there all in the bin as I hate those flavours how can you send 3 lemon flavours and 1 menthol flavours when in your description you show over 15 different brands so for me it's a no no to gamble packs a could of bought 4 flavours of my choice for the same price!!!!!

None existent customer service, Sent incorrect vape juice and despite emailing 3 times nobody has bothered to reply and sort out!!!!!

As a returning customer, I am mortified by what has happened with this company, my personal details have been shared within the head office of this company in Erith and I have received numerous messages from a staff member whom works here, not only is this unprofessional but a serious breach of data, I feel very uncomfortable and scared as not only does this person have my mobile number but also my home address, the content of these messages have been quite worrying also. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I have tried to communicate with management with this matter but no one has come back with a resolution to this problem and I am now taking further action to protect myself.

Selling dodgy pods and coils that have been recalled by manufacturer. "But some unscrupulous companies may still be selling them" no1 ejuice are still sending them to there customers. Back to Washington vapes it is. Half the price and you always get what you order regardless of how cheap it is. Got a message backnow saying they don't deserve the 1 star. Well when a customer points out your mistake and dosent get reimbursed for what he spent.....that's a 1 star in my book.

I've been living abroad for a while and have tried a number of online vape retailers, and have found none so obstructive and unaccountable as no1ejuice. Despite marketting to european clients, I found my order cancelled with no notification. Only on prodding did I recieve a senseless justification asking me to resubmit my order through paypal-- Despite having not refunded my initial order. SCAMMERS

Great service. Shame about their juice. How Mr. Wicks Grape Soda won juice of the year is beyond me! Not only is it the worst grape flavour I've had, it's one of the worst flavours full stop and the fact they use sweeteners in the product which is known to cause carcinogens.

I've only procured from this company once, however the procedure seemed very simplistic, which everyone likes. Notifications in regards to tracking on from purchase to delivery are spot on. Delivery was in a very timely manner, and the Ejuice I procured "Ninja Fruit Kodumanu and Ryuu Ice", which are my base juices are very good. the only reason I've not given 5 stars is due to the £40 level set by the company before free UK delivery is invoked, whereas there are heaps of others that are in the £15-£25 range before invoking free delivery. I can only assume that this is because No1 are a distributer and not a distributer / manufacturer and they may have to recoup some of the cost of having items shipped to them. I'd like to think however in that in this modern digital age / epos (electronic point of sale) systems age that No1 would act as the broker to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer shipped directly. Hence free delivery could be invoked at a lower premium than £40. but we all know what assumptions are.....;-)

Had an issue with a staff member at one of the shops this company has. However this has been resolved professionally.

They offer premium goods at a great price. The delivery is quick and they always keep you Informed of your order. I think the rewards program could be better but that does not stop me shopping with them.
