Used for the past year but noticed a decline in service lately. Typically order their gambler pack, but this time around they sent four of more or less the same flavour, and threw in an additional nic shot as opposed to a flavour to make up the additional ml. I get that it's a 'gamble', but they are hand selected so it's not difficult to mix it up a bit to keep your customers happy. Lazy and unconcerned by repeat custom so I'll be going elsewhere for future orders.

Ordered from them a lot and never really had an issue. Untill my last order. Got 500ml gamble box, pack of coils and 3 extra nic shots, as the gamble pack never comes with enough. Never received my extra nic shots I ordered and so far I've been completely blanked by the support team(or who ever deals with order enquirys)

X series is the best juice I have come across in a long time and I always get from No1 as the are number 1 when it comes to the deals they do on this particular brand, however.... I know it's not their fault but when paying for next day delivery it doesn't arrive the next day even though I order early enough... That's my only problem everything else is gravy
