everyone was very helpful, the best part i was able to talk to someone in Australia, not overseas, as it can be at times hard to understand in that case, and call quality can be quite bad then.

The agent explained (when I asked) how the company works ie. energy providers pay them to keep or acquire new customers and advised me to go on a different/better plan (with the same energy provider) than what had been recommended to me by my provider; and he also offered me a $200 credit to help with my moving house which hadn’t been offered to me before.
