GoSwitch is unhelpful and unresponsive. I used their website, did a search, and received a phone call about a better plan. When l asked to receive the information l was being told over the phone via email so l could understand the possible discount and new plan, that was the end of their contact. No email as requested. No follow up call l requested for the next business day to lock in a new provider. No help!
