Poor customer interaction. Always in a hurry and not ready to clarify customer queries. If you do have questions against the quote they come up, the customer service agent get frustrated and say that "You have to make the decision quick, I have other customers waiting to be attended". This is not the way to handle customers. Please train your associates properly. The call recording may be available with you please hear that and train accordingly.

Service providers ALWAYS do two things.... One, they ALWAYS ignore their current customers, and....two, they ALWAYS give new customers cheaper rates (what I call the 'sweetheart' deal). The 's/deal' attracts new customers, and never exceeds twelve months. Every twelve months I contact GoSwitch to get me the best deal. Why them? Three reasons...... ONE - They're FREE; TWO - They save me searching (it's what they do, and they're much better at it than I am); and THREE - They do all the work, the handover details between the old and new providers. All I've done is lift the phone on one occasion. Amazing.. GoSwitch is saving me time, effort and money - and, for that, I'm HUGELY grateful. Dream come true. Really.....

load of rubbish changed nbn and electricity not as smooth as should be nbn told plan was $20 off per month with Dodo but got full charge as well as poor internet reset modem 3 times since change over electricity - told by go switch the life support rebate is registered i won’t have to do anything. yet need new form required so out of pocket $110 GP appointment needed. that’s the saving from decreased daily supply charge 10 day cooling off period yet no emails from agl about electricity plan details read so fast by go switch why can’t something be emailed out to read then called back in an hr wish i didn’t bother

I thought the person who connected me with origin was thorough in communication and the process, however the information she gave me regarding the same day connection for gas was incorrect. I still do not have gas working at my new premises and origin have told me that they do not offer same day connections for gas, even though I agreed to pay for the extra charge with your go switch sales person. This would not be her fault of course, however it's the incorrect information she had to work with. I will not have my connection apparently switched on until this Friday, which is a whole week after it was supposed to be working. I suggest go switch does their research with the companies they liase and not make false promises.
