Mostly happy with the experience Except they entered my details incorrectly, namely my first and middle name. My emails and all correspondence should only address be me by my first name, not by my first and middle name like I’m some kind of spastic that needs a hyphenated given name 🙄

I am 88 years old and find phone conversations difficult even though I wear hearing aids.I explained this to the gentleman who rang me. However in spite of me asking him to slow down he continued speaking so quickly it was almost unintelligible. I gave up asking him to repeat information and decided I would wait for the email he said he would forward and use the cooling off period to make a decision to go ahead with the change in provider
