My son broke his phone screen by dropping it. Brought it in and got it replaced the same day. Great service, very friendly and helpful.

Pink Galaxy Flip phone. Went into Techguy in Wadebridge today to see if we could get my husbands phone repaired. It was not an option and need to go back to O2. Not a problem. I also asked if he could change the screen protector in my Samsung Flip phone as the original was damaged in the middle and making it difficult to see the screen. The young man changed it for me, but would not take payment because he was not sure how long it would last and there was 1 tiny bubble in it! I told him I feel bad about not paying, but he was adamant! Bless him! Thank you Techguy!

The customer service provided by Sean at TechGuy has been outstanding. I had a fault with my Samsung and after Sean spent all day looking at it, it was unfortunately determined that a repair wouldn't be possible. Under Sean's more than fair 'no fix, no charge' policy, he didn't want to charge me a penny. This is despite him spending many hours working on the phone. In addition to this, when I enquired whether he would have a cheap phone that I could buy to use temporarily until I could arrange a permanent replacement, Sean lent me a phone free orf charge. I insisted upon paying Sean for his time and kindness, but the fact he was wiling to help me out in such a generous way without asking for a penny, is quite simply unbelievable. Thank you, Sean.

Wife bought me an iPad from Sean for my birthday, wonderful product, totally chuffed with it, won’t be using anyone else but Techguy to but my products from ( and I live at the other side of the country). Cheers Sean

Brilliant service from tech guys. I had bought a reconditioned iPhone but it was getting hot to touch and battery draining. I took it to Tech Guys and they fixed the battery within the hour and at half the price that Apple wanted to charge me - friendly and helpful service at very competitive prices

I had a charging issue with my iPhone and I tried to call Apple to arrange an appointment with a query on price and availability at their Exeter branch. I gave up after being passed from automated call handling to real person (in USA) and back to an automated operator without my query being answered. I then looked locally and decided upon Techguy at Wadebridge due to their excellent reviews. I called them first and then called into their shop in Wadebridge where my issue was diagnosed immediately and fixed very quickly. I cannot rate these guys highly enough, they have gone some way in restoring my faith in British business. Thank you Techguy, you are now my goto business for any tech issues. 5-stars all day long.
