Know that if you place an order with this company, you will continually be receiving their catalogs in the mail. I placed a single order for Christmas 2022 and have been receiving their catalog since then. I've made multiple request by phone and email. On the phone, they say they'll remove my info but to give it time. Email gets no reply. Its been 6 months since my first request and I just got another catalog.

I ordered this because it was "Pure Frankincense." But when burned it had no smell other than it smelled like dust, with no incense smell at all. Why do you sell this? You probably order this in bulk from a supplier, and then resell it on your website. But do you ever test it to see if it is any good?
