I ordered within 3 minutes of getting the email that Byzantine incense was in. Then--NOTHING. I had to WRITE to say "What's going on?" only to be THEN told "Oh, yeah, we sold out. But we'll keep your money until we get another batch made in a month or two. How about that??"

Difficult to register as a new customer. System did not acknowledge "Title". If the input is not to be acknowledged and accepted, why ask? Difficult to locate the product for my order. I used the "Search" option, but the product was not located. I used the product description as listed in the catalogue and the item number. I eventually found the product. Product was available, but not according to the "Search" function.
