The socks were not printed as per the mock. 7 faces could only see 3. Not happy. Also have not had any response despite 3 urgent emails. Not a happy customer

I ordered this as a gift for my wife for Christmas, it went missing in the post and when I contacted Evri about it they didn't respond. I know that issue was not the company's fault but when I did contact them they pretty much responded with it's not our problem and then went silent, never tried to help fix the issue.

It was very easy process and my order was delivered quickly

I placed my order on the 17/11/2024 and waited over the estimated 5 working days delivery time, because of the time of year, to then have a email 3 days after the supposed delivery date to say my images hadn’t loaded . This something I should have received earlier not after the supposed delivery date! I then emailed back asking what email they wanted me to send the image too, and still no email back. I then sent the image to the email about tech issue just so it was sent off, and still no email back to say they have received it or when I’ll be receiving my item. This customer service is none existent and I am not happy at all and I won’t be using this site again and won’t be recommending your site.

The knickers I got printed look great. Bit pricey but worth it to see the smile on the face of the recipient each time.
