Perhaps I did something wrong, but I chose a close-up picture of my pet, and got socks with the whole image, uncropped. Quality of the socks (material) isn't great.

The socks are fantastic - thank you! I bought them as a Secret Santa gift and paid extra for next-day delivery to ensure they arrived on time. Unfortunately, they took three days to arrive, missing the Secret Santa gift exchange, which was disappointing. I understand this delay was likely due to the courier, not your team, but when paying a premium for delivery (which exceeded the Secret Santa budget), you expect things to go smoothly. I ended up having to purchase another gift last minute, blowing my budget, and now I’ll need to cover additional costs to send the socks via Royal Mail, as we all work remotely. That said, I really appreciate your speedy dispatch. The socks themselves are wonderful and are sure to make the recipient smile. Overall, I’d rate this experience a 3 - hopefully next time a 5.

The quality of the socks is disappointing being majorly polyester so more of a look at item than a functional one. Not what I was expecting. I won’t be recommending or ordering anything else.

Fun and quirky but the high price does not reflect the quality of the product. I did contact them due to issues with the postal address but they've never responded so not good communication. It's a fun Christmas gift but poor quality and high price, I wouldn't order again.
