The men’s boxers I ordered last year were good. The men’s socks I received yesterday not so good, the photos on the socks were not clear & looked fuzzy so I was disappointed as they’re not cheap at £22 a pair. Not received anything from you by email, maybe that’s because I unsubscribed from Super Socks after my delivery, shame.

Ordered next day delivery and paid £6/7 to make sure the product arrived on time. Didn't receive a despatch email and order took a week to arrive. If you need them urgently like I did, I would consider another supplier

Great products and a really simple process to follow. For customised items I thought the shipping time was really good, I absolutely love the final product, my only very minor criticism would be that it would be nice to have the option for different image sizes. The boxers look great and the cat photos are brilliant but I would have liked them a little bigger if I could have chosen to. However that being said I am incredibly happy with the product and will certainly be buying more!

These were great! Husband l9ved them. Tricky to get the correcy size as its difficult to navigate on the website. Also seem a bit cheaply made. But great for a funny pressie.

*Amazing Service - Speedy Delivery* I belatedly ordered personalised picture socks for my husband late on Monday for Valentine’s Day Wednesday. They arrived Wednesday lunchtime ready to give to my husband that afternoon on his arrival home from work! So he’s none the wiser about how disorganised I was! But I was wowed by the speedy delivery! The socks are great! He loved them!

The order took 11days to be delivered, not the "within 7 days" stipulated on the website and was delivered to a complete stranger. Someone messaged me through social media to confirm they had received my order, complete with my name and full address. I emailed the hello@supersocks email address for updates on my order (as it was late) got one update that was incorrect and have now requested a full refund.

Got some nice socks for my daughter. She loves them.

Superb service and superb product.

I ordered a product months ago but never recieved it. Initially I got in contact with customer service, they said they would look into it but after 3 emails back and forth they stopped replying. I never got the product nor a refund. I would nog recommend them to anyone. Poor service.

What went wrong : I paid got a confirmation.. no socks .. send an email . No socks … 1,5 month further
