Slow & useless customer service. Prepare for the longest wait & underwhelming product.

It was very easy to use the site and add the photo. The quality of the socks and the image was better than expected. The courier let you down by not delivering the 1st time, then delivering late the 2nd time. You dealt with the courier issue very well from my point of view and I felt like you cared. The socks weren’t cheap but the quality of the socks and level of service made it worth the price. I really like the way you do your business. Thanks Iain

This order was placed on the 4th of December over 1 month ago! I have sent 4 emails and 3 message on your site. I been promised an update three times now, with rude short answers and not even a care. I reported this transaction to our bank as fraud. Now I see on trustpilot few people had the same experience! "5-10" days shipping and no updated is a very clear indication I am not going to get these! So, as promised, I left negative feedback!

Terrible service ordered 2 tshirts one came within 7 days like said ordered 2nd december contacted these lot was told tshirt was getting made before christmas was told it would be there for when i needed it 20th december was repeatedly lied to the told i would have it before christmas was told again it was being made the customer service team is a joke was lied to 3 times will never use this comapany again and all they offered was 2.99 refund a joke of a company

Poor quality of sock that don’t really have any shape

The socks were great. I bought them from France (i did not want to buy chinese) and the brand SUPER SOCKS did not aware me of any customs fees... in the end I had to pay 22 euros in addition to my order when i received the package at home. Way too expensive for socks in the end !!! I asked for a refund of the customs fees as SUPER SOCKS did not aware me. They said they could do nothing but offer me a 10% discount on a new order. AHAH I do not recommand for any French or probably EU customers to buy SUPER SOCKS items.

The socks look great, but there was a hole in them after only one wear.

Great products, delivered really quickly

Easy quick ordering. Quick delivery. Great colour choices but not 5 stars because they aren't comfortable wearable socks which for the price feels like an area for improvement.

Bought a pair of socks for a friend's birthday, they arrived quicker than the given date and they look fantastic. Great, quick service.

Good quick turnaround and delivery time. The photos on the socks are a brilliant idea, but the actual quality of the sock material is shockingly poor, and they weren't exactly cheap.
