I ordered the item on 16th December as a Christmas present on the basis the item would be delivered within 7 working days. I received a message from the courier on 20th to say they had the item and then a further message on 23rd to say there was a delay. I have not received the item I purchased and therefore vey dissatisfied with the entire service. Although this may be a courier issue it reflects poorly on the your company. On my experience so far I would not order from this company again.

I have requested a refund as these socks are far too small in sizing. I have so far been ignored. Will have to go to my bank to commence a chargeback

Paid a load of money for postage and the item didn’t even arrive for Christmas…

11 days after placing order that was promised before Xmas still no item. Parcel marked as despatched 4 days after placing order but courier hasn't received it. One less gift for Xmas. Would have used another website to order if I had known.

My socks have not arrived. Really disappointed considering I was receiving spam to say I could still order and goods would arrive before Xmas.

There was a mix up with my original order but Super Socks resolved the problem straight away and within 24 hours I received my order. The socks are good quality, the prints are fantastic and match the photo I provided. Definitely a 10/10 for this business.

Design is just as advertised, quality of the socks isn’t very good though

The print is not centered at all on the socks and is a bit cut on the side. It looks a bit weird. I like the concept but I’m disappointed by the result.

I found the actual “making process” quite difficult and had to contact customer service for advice. The mash up socks arrived on time however I was slightly disappointed that out of four photos used, one is much more prominent than the other three - not ideal when you would have liked equal exposure of grandchildren! Delivery and quality good but probably won’t use again as expensive and not exactly what I wanted from a photo point of view.
