I ordered a pair of socks on 6th December. Delivery in 7 days. I had allowed for the fact it was Christmas, so might take a couple of days longer, but they didn't in fact arrive until 22nd December,17 days later. Not over enamoured with the socks either. Size 7-10 barely fit my 9 year old grandson's size 4 feet!

Only 1 pair of socks turned up, not the 4 as ordered and paid for.

The website was so easy to use - choosing a design and uploading a picture was super quick and the whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. Delivery was tracked and arrived within a few days and the quality was excellent - so much better than expected - I ended up ordering 3 pairs as presents and everyone loved them . Would definitely recommend.

After an issue with what appears to be a lost order, the team were really good and shipped a replacement which I rcd, as promised, in less than 48 hrs to arrive in time for Christmas.

Service was fab. I only orderd a few days before Christmas but they arrived in time! Great quality and my partner loved them. Thank you x

Ordered as a Christmas present. Item not received. No response from customer services.

Rubbish, the socks haven’t even arrived yet. Ordered well in time for Christmas, as boldly advertised on the website. ‘Arrives before Christmas’ Received an email on 20th December to say that my order had been despatched, but on 23rd December Evri was still waiting for the parcel. Emailed customer services, still haven’t received a response. Only today, 27th December have I received an email from Evri to say that they have finally received the parcel from Supersocks, a whole week after I was told that the parcel had been despatched. Complete waste of money as it was supposed to be a Christmas gift so in the end I had to go out and buy an alternative gift, and I’m still waiting for my original order. Absolutely rubbish, won’t be ordering again and I will be requesting a full refund if customer services ever respond.

Absolute hit! My teenagers loved them (gift from Ted the cat) - quality of sock yarn superb, picture print quality was brilliant! Worth every penny!

Excellent service. Loved the website design. Easy to use and could see what you should be receiving. Definitely recommend

They look great at the start of the first day they are worn but begin to fade as they are worn. They are described as ‘poly-cotton’ but only contain 5% cotton. £19 each is way too expensive given the very poor quality.
