Kim, the phone sales rep made the interaction awesome. Now, it turned out that the product we purchased doesn't work for our needs, but Kim made the return process super easy as well.

I ordered cigar bags and when a sales rep (Lynn) noticed that what I wanted was going to be out of stock for 3 months (or more) they contacted me to find out if that timeline was going to work or not. We found a suitable replacement that was shipped quickly and was at my door in days. Quality of the new bags is great and the service was top notch from start to finish. Would definitely order from them again.

Great customer service with phone calls.

I ordered clear plastic and got white. I contact the customer service right away and Lynn from the office apologized and she said that she would contact to the warehouse to resend the clear one. Then she contacted me back in few days and she said “I’m sorry I just got respond from warehouse and they will ship clear one as soon as possible.” I was like yes but you already had a week and I thought it was already on its way and I explain that I needed for photo shoot on Monday and clear one not white one and she said “I’m sorry but I guess you have to use white one “ it was soooo bad and unprofessional and sooo disgusting and disrespectful. She teaches me what to do and what to use. After that I was like ok it is what it is and I got from other place the clear one. In few days she contacted me back and she said “I’m sorry but I got news from warehouse and they said that all clear plastics are white and I’m gonna give you a Credit”. I said yes but I don’t need a credit because if all the plastics you have are white even the clear ones I don’t use white ones Soo I guess I’m not gonna order anything from you anymore. Anyways I don’t know what happened with my credit etc etc but I can definitely tell that I never had this horrible experience in my life. Let her enjoy my credit lmao
