ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING!! In these days of rush-rush, bottom lines and lack of true customer service, International Plastics stands out as the exception to what most people have come to expect. Without going into great detail I phoned the company and spoke to Nick Wilson. I told him that I was in a particular bind and requested his assistance solving a problem. Mind you, this was only for ONE box of Minigrips. Nick explored every possible solution to my problem and with them he made things happen for me. I was blown away by his one on one conversational skills and his desire to help. So, not only does his company have extremely low prices, they offer old fashioned courtesy and personal attention. If this had been a multi pallet large order his super service would not have been as much of a surprise, but for a tiny order I was truly impressed. I could not ask for more. Thanks so much Nick!!
