From the sales to install was wonderful. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had the panels installed by October with panel problem. They sent out a new one, had it installed, but we could not turn them on because of the electric company was dragging their feet and giving excuses. We finally got them on and they all are working beautifully.

My 3 month old solar system that I was talked into dosnt work an I cant even get a call back on what to do .

The company worked well to find the best location for the solar panels. Now that they are installed we have been really enjoying the app to track production. The app is easy to use with lots of good information.

I don’t have anything negative to say about green home. I found their quotes to be spot on and after doing my own research on the system for our needs was exactly what they suggested. No attempt to up sell us on anything. Just attended to our needs. We’re up and running and all is working well.

The team that installed everything was very professional and helpful with all my questions. The initial conversation was very informative and helpful too. The whole way through the process we were kept informed of each step and all questions were answered with in a timely manner. After the install was complete the company still answers questions we have.

Our sells person cat keep us updated through the whole process. The installers quite in there middle of the installation put they had a knew crew out within a week and back on track.

system still has 11 panels not working- you refuse to answer my complaints- i need repairs as promised- where re you- you are useless to cutomers-ET

We signed a contract with green homes in October of 2022. At that time we were told by Anthony Chavez it should be completed by the 1st of 2023 depending on the winter (which we didnt really have one). We paid in Cash at the time lines we were told. In Feb 2023 we paid our final payment (against my husbands wishes) because Issac Toledo told me we had to to get it finished. It is June 6, 2023 and we are still not up and running. We have gotten the run around and every excuse in the book since then. We have received conflicting story’s between the company and contractor. We are continuing to have to pay an electric bill and myself, daughter and aunt have missed multiple days of work that we are not getting paid for, some of those days no one even showed up to do any work. This is the worst company i have dealt with

system works great had a few hiccups along the way but all was made good in the end.

We got our solar panels from GRS in the fall of 2021. Despite the pandemic at the time everything went flawlessly and GRS was very responsive with our needs and adjustments as the job took place and then some follow up tweaks after the panels got turned on by the city. I just checked yesterday an we have so far generated 20MWh from our rooftop system and haven't had an electricity bill in a year and a half. Great service and a great company

system issues and Green home systems fails to provide support... i have to call back multiple times for any type of response. absolutely terrible service. I DO NOT recommend ive had the system since 2019 and it has gone down twice. the first time was in 2021 and i lost a full month for solar production and this time in feb of 23 now may 9th and still not fixed.

I am incredibly impressed with the quality of work that was done by Green Home Systems, and the attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the installation process. Your team was always available to answer any questions I had, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the final product.

I would provide a 0 star if I could. I signed on with them and my system stopped communicating and it’s been 1 year and 3 months and nothing g has been done . They asked me for $800 more and I was hesitant but said ok need to upgrade to get it to work and they took my money and I have zero resolution and am just being ignored ! Please do not fall in their trap they are the worst company and going solar is a big decision do your research .

Green Home Systems did an amazing job designing and installing my solar systems. Everything was easy with no pushy sales person , I filled up a form online a rep called asked me a few qualifying questions and ask me for my electric bill, once I sent it he call me back and set up a time for a virtual consultation which is great, much better then having someone sit at my house for hours and pushing me to sign. The presentation went great and saving where obvious, I signed an agreement and a few weeks later my system was installed .

Our experiences with GHS has been great. From finance to plans, installation, Inspection, someone has guided us through every step.Our project manager, Quasi Bhaijeewala, known to us as Q, has kept us informed through every step of the process. The whole project was finished much faster than we had expected. I can't say enough about our project manager who was very positive, got back to us promptly, and kept the process on track, while answering our questions.

No response out of them to have my inverter replace after the first quit working. I received the replacement and never was able to get someone to call me back to have it installed. Very frustrating. I do not recommend for have solar system purchase.

Update: This company failed to resolve this matter and It has now been given to a TCPA Litigation Firm. I have received 3 telemarketing calls from this company since last week and each time I asked to be placed on the DNC list the 4th call came this morning clearly illegal telemarketing seems to be okay with them. This review is to serve this company that does NOT follow DNC/TCPA compliance at all. I've filed an FTC complaint this may go to litigation for several violations and laws being broken including purchasing my information illegally.
