When I wrote them about it they said sometimes there are technical issues which I can understand. Even though they know I did not receive the discount code they refuse to send it, Instead they sent a discount code for 1000 if you spend 5000. That is a completely different offer. I wrote tham and asked them to honestly say if they are going to send the correct code or not. They closed my ticket without sending the code.
