Got the best support for a product which was ordered but unavailable suddenly due to the maker took it down... Particularly Jenny H and Jaspreet S did a very good job in terms of communication, providing information on what is possible and what is not possible, trying out different retails (Full disclosure is always a good thing).. Overall I'm very very satisfied with my experience with the customer support and the website itself. There were no itsy bitsies, cool, keep it up guys.

Great products but needs more variety and better pricing. The website is attractive with most products having a detailed description and videos. The products however needs to have more variety which would help in catering to a wider audience. The quality of almost all the products purchased till date have been really good and the company should never compromise on this aspect. It's been more than a month since I have ordered and still there is no clarity regarding the delivery of the product. Highly unprofessional. It's understandable that u face issues like custom clearance etc but it's ur duty to keep the buyer informed. There is no customer care phone line for India and mails take ages to get acknowledgement.

The quality of their products is top notch, however they are constrained by excruciating paperwork at customs. I had placed an order for a product which reached me in three days time solely because it was in stock at their Mumbai warehouse. Another order placed had to be shipped from the US and the delay at the Indian customs was a bitter experience for the company as well as me, the consumer. One of the products reached me almost 20 days after the initially mentioned ETA because they said it was available in their Mumbai warehouse. This was shipped on priority because I had posted a bitter review. The other product is still stuck at customs and the entire process was frustrating for them and for me. I chose to cancel that order but am still awarding them three stars for the quality of the products. Had it not been for the delay, I would have given a five star rating for sure. I would most certainly recommend their products because you get more than what you pay for. However, every individual has a threshold and the delay had crossed this threshold by a long shot. Although their products are tempting, an experience such as this is bound to reduce your trust in a highly acclaimed brand.
