If i could, I'd give these guys a negative rating. First of all, i received a faulty product that doesn't work. Then I realised that their return/replacement policy is horrible! I've spent so much time on emails and calls with their executives who are no help at all! Then their courier partner who was supposed to come for return pickup, never showed up. Then they tried to place the blame on me that i was unavailable, even though I was at home, and waiting for the pickup! Basically, they're scamming their customers and have no regard or respect for people buy from them. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone! They are insincere and cannot be trusted. It's been 20 days since I placed a complaint with them and i still haven't received a resolution. They keep giving me the run around. . . This is in response to the reply that has been posted by the company. I didn't receive a single call from your pick up person. Both your precious products are still in their packaging because they both don't work. And the only reason i was pushed into yelling at your team is because they kept giving me the run around time and time again. By the way, i did speak to Ms Sanjana and told her that both the products are faulty and the only reason i didn't even bother bringing the second one to your notice is because i don't have the time to deal with your cumbersome return proces. If you wish, please feel free to have both the products picked up. As i mentioned, they're in their original packing, unused. Before blaming the customer, maybe take a look within your company and see how your complex processes waste somebody's time. The only "unreasonable expectation" i have is to receive a working product and if it's faulty, for the return process to be simple. Also, it's in poor taste to share a customer's address and contact number on a public portal. Kindly take it down!
