Lookit, I'm not sayin' I buy a bunch of toys... But I probably have bought some on every continent except Australia and Antarctica.. In general service in India for these particular products (from other stores) is pretty awful (ideally you never have to call or get called by customer service asking about a 11 inch monstrosity you may or may not have purchased... allegedly) but everything from communication to delivery isn't handled well by other companies in most cases... Not the case with imbesharam, there was a minor issue, they emailed quickly (I missed the email) they called shortly after, politely and professionally - done and dusted in probably 30 seconds. You probably won't find a finer/friendlier company that is actually selling quality goods in India ... What I'm saying is, go on and get yourself something nice dude or dudette... If you haven't ever tried a toy, you're missing out. And get a nice one - a lot of the sites Google returns in India up front are selling PVC/pthalate laced junk. These guys are selling quality products - sure it sounds like I'm shilling for them, but it's your squishy bits going into these goddamnit - if you want plastic softeners coating your junk, hey knock yourself out. If you want the same quality of material used in a stent and proven safe, head on over to imbesharam.com and spend as much as you might couple nights out in India and get something that you know you'll enjoy for a lot more than few nights. Ordered as a Custom Order for a product not available on their site but available on amazon us by emailing their executives.I must say the custom order didn't feel safe because the customs process can be a pain especially for an item like this but I was like "If I wont try I will never know".So I put in the order around 22 days before my delivery.I did have to overpay a bit as it was a custom order but the original product wasn't too costly so the order was in my budget.Expected delivery date was 21 days later.For the most of the time (around 18 days) their were no updates.Though the executives always replied to me via email but I was quite scared,infact I had given up hope thinking I got scammed.But on the 19th day they tell me my order is ready for dispatch which made me feel quite relieved.Order got dispatched on the 20th day and arrived by 2 days.Main Product arrived unharmed but the freebie got spilled.Could be a fault of the delivery company but still steps can be taken to avoid this.Still as it was a custom order I will give them a five star rating as no other company in India will give this service.Talking about the products available on their site,I think the variety was decent but some of the premium products can be too costly,my suggestion would be to make products which are popular on amazon U.S be made available for sale as they are cheaper than the premium products and probably better than them.They can try one popular product as experiment.
