What an amazing tool. The hair just seems to glide off. If my dog allowed me I could do it for hours it's just so impressive. I have a GSR so there is a LOT of hair to come off

By far the best! This is, no joke, the best grooming brush I have for my two Neapolitan Mastiffs. The constantly shed and the Groomi is a lifesaver. They both LOVE it as well. I finally had to buy the replacement blades (after about 1.5yrs of use). It really is the only comb you need for short haired pups.

Unable to comment on product as haven’t actually received it yet although happy to take my money! Really disappointed with the level of customer service especially coming from a family business. Order placed on 2nd April, received notification that the courier was expecting the item on the 3rd April, but there have been no changes since. I reached out to Groomi who just told me that it hadn’t been collected yet (which i was already aware of hence the message!) but they’re working hard to get it collected. I asked for an estimated collection date but have been ignored since. It would have been completely understandable being an BH weekend however they should have either ensured all orders placed before the BH weekend were collected by the courier prior to the 6th. They also could have posted a message on the website explaining there would be a delay in collection/delivery or they should have not allowed orders to be placed if they’re unable to fulfil them.

I use Groomi a lot to keep our dogs smelling and looking great. Service is excellent and order always arrives on time. Very helpful team. I was messaged by Amie to say she thought she had forgotten to include an item when she packed it. Once package arrived it was one conditioner short and she immediately sent out a new one. Saw this brush on TikTok and wasn’t sure how good it was going to be but I’m really impressed with how much fur it removes from our Beagle/Cocker cross. Would definitely recommend!
