Still waiting for it to arrive, ordered on 23rd Dec so didn't expect it til new year but so far not even had notification it has been shipped.

Purchased my Groomi complete kit direct from Groomi, the same day it arrived i used it on my pug bearing in mind he hates being brushed as he finds other grooming tools uncomfortable but i was amazed as to how comfortable he felt whilst he was being brushed and as a pug owner other owners of pugs will understand how they shed continuously, so i am made up with the purchase and so is my pug, it is so simple to use and only light pressure is required for this task.I would definitely recommend this product for any pet especially for pets with sensitive skin. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve seen these advertised for a while and finally decided to order one, I wish I’d done it sooner! We absolutely love it 🤎. For the first time in Max’s 13yrs he’s loving being brushed. Normally brushing stirs up loads of flaky skin, and I never seem to get all of the downy undercoat….but the Groomi is really gentle, absolutely no flakey skin and Max sits and gives contended sighs whilst I’m brushing him. It’s finally a pleasure to groom him. I would highly recommend 🤎

Doesn’t work like it shows in the video! Only got a very small amount not different to what a slicker brush does 😡😡 it’s just rips people off.

Received, tried to use on medium jack russell, very little dead hair, watched videos etc. still no joy, used old brush and that did a better job. Contacted Groomi and agreed return and refund. Only got refund for item not for postage from and to them, they said, if not faulty then do not refund postage. "Faulty" under law is defined as "broken", "not fit for purpose" and "not as described", so we are all legally obliged to a full refund. If returned as change of mind then refunded postage won't happen. Mine was "unfit for purpose" as didn't work, therefore faulty. Please bear this in mind and don't back down.

We received our Groomi tool in record time. First use, we got enough fur to make another dog. This has made a huge difference to Bob’s Border Terrier coat without the need to go down the ‘hand stripping’ route. THANK YOU

Arrived in a timely way and is really good- Didn’t realise how much loose hair was in my dogs coat.

The product works! This is the first one I found that actually removed excess hair from my pug. It is also the first time she would let me groom her and she enjoyed it. She even let me do her neck and chest. Very satisfied.

Excellent communication Quick delivery My Frenchie sheds all the time, so much hair came off really quick, am interested to see how much he shed with regular use of the groomi.

If you own a dog that seems to moult all year round, the Groomi is a fantastic brush/comb! After owning labradors for over 40 years this is the best “groomer” I have ever used.
