Purchased one as a gift for my husband. Didn’t work as advertised. Tried to return. Heinous customer service. They’ll charge shipping and restocking fees even if it doesn’t work. Will pretend like you haven’t sent details. Basically will wear you out until you’re just too tired to fight and end up with a broken machine. Such a good idea but just not it. Poses as American but support was foreign at the very least. Also not manufactured in US

Le café produit par cette machine n'est pas bon. Nous avons testé de nombreuses marques de café moulu ainsi que de capsules mais le café est toujours décevant. Pour être sûr que ça venait de la machine, nous avons fait un test. Deux capsules de la même marque, une dans la machine Outin et l'autre dans une machine Nespresso classique. Celui de la machine Nespresso était parfait, celui de la Outin vraiment pas bon

I got one for Christmas was about to give it a 4/5 star review but reading about the customer service issues I’ll reserve judgement for now. It does make great espresso and with using hot water I haven’t hadto recharge it after 6-7 shots .

Ordered the Christmas box set as a gift. After waiting 3 weeks I contacted support, they said they didn’t have any in stock. I told them they should advise when ordering as it’s advertised all over the website. They offered to ship all products separately after multiple emails. I agreed. 2 months later I have not received anything. All the tracking is written in Chinese and the website does not translate to English. I have no idea where my products are. I recommend ordering a product from another company if you would actually like to receive anything at all.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Support for this product is horrific especially if returning. There is no phone number to call and good luck getting responses to emails. When they finally respond, they try to get you to keep the product by offering you $15. LOL. Why would I keep a product that brews coffee with grinds and coffee comes out cold?

The product seems legitimate but I wouldn’t know because I never got it. It’s been nearly a month and the product hasn’t arrived. The first tracking number hasn’t been updated and shows the package in china? After I enquired they gave me another tracking number showing that the product was delivered, there is even a photo showing a door with an address…. Not my door not my address. Now they say it’s my responsibility to contact the courier? But there is no information about who the courier is. This may be a scam but I can’t be sure.

I was waiting for the delivery and decided to contact the support because 4 days had passed and it was not yet delivered. Surprisingly the with a very chill attitude the support informed me that it was not on stock and it would take an additional month minimum to be available. Not only was I not informed prior to making the purchase, but later also until I decided to take contact to them. I then asked them to cancel the order since I though this would be a scam and got my order cancelled (refund not received yet). To my surprise this availability was only related to the color and the support didn't inform me at all for this, until I asked them after having cancelled the order. I have contacted them again, but haven't yet received a reply since 4 days... horrendous support

I would love to write a review but my order is travelling back and forth in Germany for more than a week now. It should make it to Belgium one day. Order in time if you plan on taking it on a trip. It is clearly unpredictable when it may arrive.

Nano is great but dont expect any form of customer service. I need one of the O rings that seals the coffee basket. Despite many emails back and forth and sending photos it seems I can not buy a spare. So I asked for the physical dimensions and I would source in UK. The response to this was even worse as I was given very obviously the wrong dimensions. It is impossible to speak to anyone and customer support is useless. I could not recommend due to the support.

I have the outin nano portable expresso machine. It’s the perfect coffee machine for on the go. Gives you the option for pod coffee and ground coffee. It makes you a perfect hot black coffee with cold water and heats the water quicker than a kettle would boil. You can also use hot water if you have a thermos and makes the coffee instant. It’s perfect of me and I use it every day at work. It’s his get 5 stars for me although I have had issues recently the customer support makes sure that the replacement is effortless. My new u it is now on the way. Unfortunately my battery/charging had an issue however the customer service support makes up for the inconvenience. They were nothing but swift with their response to my issue offering options in attempt to fix the issues but as soon as it was established that I would need a new unit they sent me a new one straight away. I am now awaiting my new machine

The Outin travel espresso maker makes great espresso very easily while on the go. Nice crema and just tastes great. Indispensable for someone like me who needs a coffee to get out of bed in the morning but also hates drip coffee. I have taken it on two trips and it’s made those so much better. Unfortunately I left a piece of the espresso maker in my last hotel. But after contacting Outin customer service they offered to send me the piece I forgot in the hotel. So awesome customer service on top of a great little espresso maker. Can only recommend for espresso lovers on the go.

Great product, used everyday whilst I travel around for work. Take a flask of hot water, some Nespresso pods and off we go. Drink it black so no need to have anything else with me. Perfect!!! Dropped the machine on the floor and cracked the side of the portafilter. Customer services is excellent, replied to emails as promptly as can be expected with time zones etc. and a new portafilter is on its way.

Solid product for milk based espresso drinks. Had an issue with one of the baskets and they were quick to replace it after confirming a few things. Highly recommend getting a second basket to be able to pull a double shot more easily.

De machine van Outin ziet er mooi uit, daar is ook alles helaas mee gezegd. Kleine watertank (80ml) en de accu is snel leeg. Ik heb de machine nu ongeveer 7 keer gebruikt, nu al defect. Een tegenvaller!

Great product and great customer service. The taste of the coffee is amazing. I didn't expect so good espresso. Tried both methods with ground coffee and capsules. For travelling capsules are more convenient for me.
