I was very impressed by Tom from commerce Utilities, very professional, very helpful . Everything about commerce Utilities company was explained to me ,not pushing at all. It was great having someone to source the best prices for me and understanding that i was afraid of trusting a company to do this service, but having read the reviews on trust pilot i decided to give it try ,after 30 years of sticking with the same company it was time for change! We asked Commerce Utilities to have a look at our utility bills with a view to saving us some money. And indeed, they managed to conjour up a decent saving on our current water contract. Victoria is a lovely person, very friendly and easy to do business with and we have no hesitation in saying that we will be pleased to use her services again in the future.

Tom at commercial utilities has been very helpful and I find using the company has been so much less stressful just having one company deal with all my utilities for my business. Victoria and Tom managed the whole process of looking at our current energy suppliers for our retail business across two different properties. The whole process was really easy, once I had sent my bills across they came back to me with the best price solution, also making sure I was happy with the supplier(s) they could offer. Over a three year period they were able to save me over £3000 on my gas and electricity bills. All quotes were in writing and the whole process is really transparent with emails confirming the breakdowns before any agreement was signed. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Easy process from start to finish. Tom and the team have a laid back approach with no hard sales but really informative.
