I have worked with Tom for the past couple of months on securing a business contract for both electric and gas. Commerce Utilities are worthy of a 5 star rating primarily due to Tom's non-pushy, supportive approach (in contrast to many others who have attempted to attract our business); his knowledge of the market; and, his confidence in the deal we signed up to bringing long-term savings to our business in comparison to our previous contract (time will tell but I'm sure it will).

Tom has been brilliant and has successfully reduced both our gas and electricity significantly, at no costs to ourselves! Tom has been patient, informative and supportive throughout the process and could not have done more! Well where do I start, I contacted a man called Tom from commerce utilities because I’d heard he could work wonders & oh my they wasn’t wrong. Me & Tom had a very sticky situation to sort out between us, with a very awkward company. Tom gave 100% effort and didn’t not fail to impress, he is efficient, polite and hard working! We got to the end result and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly he really is the superman of the gas & electric change over trade! I would score him 10 stars if I could.

Thomas’s phone manner is very mature and he is very knowledgable in this business sector.
