Beds were delivered on time but one box was damaged and panels are bent at one corner. Assembly of the unbent bed was very easy and straightforward

Solid product, this was the third one we’ve ordered. However this last one, the plastic film was a nightmare to get off compared to the first two. Not sure if the material changed but definitely could use improvement.

Delivery was great and in mint condition. Packaged well. The assembly was easy. About an hour on one the second one I let my 8 year old grandson and 9 year old neighbor assemble them in about 45 minutes they were done. Nice product.

my husband ordered a long garden bed for me for Christmas. Since then, I've ordered another long one, an L shaped one and a tomato planter with trellis. I love the products so far as they are durable and easy to put together. It was also nice to be able to move them around until we were happy with the placement of the beds. Putting the soil and plants in now!

We ordered two planters, they both arrived before the scheduled date! They we very easy to assemble! ( even for a 67 year old) I had one small glitch on the first one. So I called and a very nice woman helped me out and we solved the issue immediately!! Really great product and very nice looking!! Thank you!! Well worth the money!

Easy to interact with customer services representatives, delivery was quick, and assembly was so easy. If I'm in the market, I'll definitely buy from Vego again. Only feedback would be to not use ink on packaging. I know it's important for branding/marketing, but it would be so nice to use the packaging/cardboard at the bottom of the raised beds to prevent weeds from cropping up. Reduce, reuse, recycle!

Please get rid of plastic coating! Bad for environment and difficult to remove. Reason there to protect form scratches! These are immediately going outside in all types of weather. Who cares if has a small scratch

I've never had any issues with any of my orders. The classic beds are of good quality. I have 8 of the classic garden beds in British Green. I love the color. I went with the 17 inch beds for all but one. I'm really happy with all the beds and would recommend them to anyone.

These rods were the perfect width. These rods add security & keeps the planter nice and rigid. Thumbs Up.

Purchased (4) 32" High 10 in 1 Beds. They went on sale almost immediately after my beds were delivered. Called and asked if they would do a credit for the difference in the price between what I paid and sale price and answer was NO! We Do Not Do That!. To me that is poor customer service, especially when there are many competitors with beds just like yours.

Great service

Shipping was as expected. Fast and accurate. Assembly was the fastest yet albeit was my 4th Vego raised bed. Haven’t filled it yet but looking forward to another year of gardening.
