I also have been struggling with delivery of my 2 boxes. They have lead me to believe that the boxes will be shipped immediately but I still have not received a tracking number. I tried calling this morning but they weren't answering their phones and my emails have gone unanswered. Time to cancel my order- wish me luck! **Update- I was able to talk to the company and the lady that I spoke to was very sweet and helpful! I have however decided to cancel my order and have received my refund (I have located the boxes elsewhere). My recommendation to the company is to simply be honest about the timeline! If I had known from the start how long it would be I wouldn't have become frustrated. Cheers

I ordered one self-watering container bed on wheels. I received two top halves. I tried to explain what I received and what I needed, even included pictures. I emailed, and called numerous times. Weeks after my original purchase of an in-stock item, I was able to use the product. I tried to get clarification on my options for the second top. Again, many phone calls/emails because customer service couldn't understand that I was sent two but ordered one. Eventually, I was given the option to mail the second one back or pay half price to get the missing parts. I opted to pay for the second half since I had already assembled it before I realized this was a duplicate. In the end, the missing parts will not come until the end of June. Customer service did not inform me of this. To add to this mess, I have been charged but have to wait for 10 weeks. No tracking information was ever given. With all the advertising, and YouTube influencers using Vego Garden products I felt confident in ordering from them. Finally, the most disconcerting part is that I recommended this to a family member who lives in another state and the same thing happened to her. She received two tops and no bottoms. So clearly this is not an isolated experience. She also had a difficult time in getting the missing parts. Many phone call/emails and a long wait time. Very sad experience. It has taken the joy out of planting the container up and it is not such an outstanding product that it is worth the hassle. The metal is on the thiner side. Easy to bend and become misshaped and/or scratched. Please save yourself the trouble and order from another company. UPDATE: Vego Garden said the missing parts would be sent out by June 30. As from my previous experience, no tracking information was given but my credit card was charged April 2. I called again 7/19/2024 and they told me the hurricane last week caused the delay. But I should receive it by the end of July. So many issues and no communication. When I can get someone on the phone there is always some excuse that is out of their control and yet there can hold my money no problem. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I will report this to the BBB even though their rating is already so poor.

The round veto garden bed arrived on time and was fairly easy to put together

Easy enough to put together- there are A LOT of screws and nuts. Use an electric driver to tighten. My only issue is the protective plastic film is VERY difficult to get off on both sides.

Beds are high quality and easy to put together. Instructions are straight forward and there is a lot of optionality of how you want to setup each bed.

ordered 4 raised beds two years, the products are very well done and shipping was fast. Ordered another raised bed a month ago and still waiting for it to be shipped. Vego website says that product is "in stock" and follow up from customer support, while quick does not make any sense..."order is ready waiting for the shipper to pick it up"....something is not right here...

We got the Vego 17" raised bed 10 in 1 plus two extension kits. It was delivered quickly and was easy to assemble. We got it to replace our old cedar bed that had basically disintegrated. Looks like this one will last for ages.
