Though the metal planters were not available at the time of purchase, they were delivered 1 week earlier than the estimated delivery date. The planters are beautiful and once assembled, very strong.

THE SIZE AND THE EASY OF GARDING

Love my garden. Took longer to get it without any communication until it was finally shipped. Need more information to customers on status of the order.

This raised-bed garden was just what we were looking for. It was easy to put together, very sturdy, made of quality materials and we appreciated the safety features of the design. We also liked the money-saving tips about how to fill the garden with layers of material, not just expensive garden-center soil. So far our wildflower/herb garden is doing great!

I love these raised beds I ordered 4 last year ordered two more this year. I love the ease of putting them up and that they are super sturdy. I plan on buying more! Anyone who asks me about raised beds I’m always trying to tell them to buy these beds. Worth the investment!!!!

They sent a new mesh cover even though I never ordered it. It had a card indicating that there had been some quality issues so a new better quality mesh cover was sent. That is going above and beyond with repect to customer service.

Easy assembly! My brother had put his together a few weeks earlier. He asks I assembled it together in a record 40 minutes on the second one.

Product is great. Looks good, was well packaged, easy assembly, and clear instructions. The compostable packaging is a nice addition as well. My delivery experience was problematic at the start and the delivery was delayed by about 2 weeks. To be fair, the problem could have been avoided had UPS made even a minimal effort to recognize an obvious address glitch. In the end, the issue was resolved and a quick redelivery was completed.

I like my rolling garden bed and the directions for assembly were easy to follow, BUT I am short 8 cap nuts to finish assembly and I can't seem to source them locally. I've contacted Customer support severaL times in the past week but have yet to hear that the rest of the nuts will be supplied

Totally unexpected! Thank you Vego Garden for realizing there was a problem and correcting it without even asking! The mesh cover we purchased last year looked to be in great shape; however, we received a box with an apology, a new mesh cover, and a statement of how the previous mesh cover was not holding up. We went out to look and sure enough, the old cover was fraying and pulling apart (by the zippers). Super happy that Vego Garden corrected the faulty cover without prompting. Will do business with again!

The beds came packaged really nice and shipped on time. They were easy to put together except for the plastic covering that needs to come off was a PAIN to get off. Once that was off the set up was easy and I love the look and wonderful function.
