I'm writing this after multiple orders (multiple colonies) some rarer, Asian, African, European species all. Every experience I've had with the company and any customer service needed has been incredible! Very thoughtful, kind responses that are quick and concise. The colonies too very high quality, with a brilliant warranty system. The queens themselves I haven't had issues with, all healthy, no mites. Strong beautiful colonies! I received both of my queens in the post and they were both healthy and well packaged with little “birth certificates” giving basic info like the species name, where they were founded, and when they were bought. Their test tubes were tightly attached to the box which was great as it meant they couldn’t move around too much during transit. Also, the website is amazing! They have so much variety from Lasius, Myrmeca, Camponotus, messor, and more! I’d also love to try one of their nests as they look great too. Thanks for such a great experience, AntAntics, I’ll be sure to shop again soon!

They are not solely focused on profit; they also care about the lives of ants. When the temperatures outside hovered around 0 degrees, they postponed shipping the ants until the weather warmed up to ensure the ants would survive the journey.

Everything was excellent, from delivery speed to the product itself and the customer service.

Staff are informative and they have the best range of ant speices. Ants are healthy and strong. Had problems with My humidity and temperature. Ants keep changing nests because of this but have not lost any ants despite this. Afew more worker Ants then advertised was a nice bonus and the brood was healthy. Tried to be clever and bought the antcube viv after YouTube video with same viv and speices ant (Polyrhachis dives). The video they moved out straight away and made nest in 2 days. Mine sent scouts out for first 2 days instead. Aimce Then they spent each day moving back to test tube or to a new nest! So not the same result as YouTube video despite same set up, same viv and same Ants!!! Should of bought the viv from Antantics and the weaver 6. Real plant and a big viv were a mistake. ..... If you buy Polyrhachis Dives weaver ants from Antantics.. Buy the antantics set up and weaver 6.. you can then upgrade to the AntsCube viv when the colony is big enough. ( Or a bigger viv from Antantics. )

bought a little founding nest for my Camponotus and it is an ideal set up for there first real home all fits perfect with the test tube and fells like a strong steady nest.

So made my order for a suprise for my son xmas Ordered on a Saturday 30 Nov Sam message me on the Sunday saying due to the weather turning cold there gonna keep hold till the weds to send out so they were safe travelling to us When they arrived very on friday well packaged safe son was so surprised and happy ants wete very well watered and fed looked amazingly cared for we just love antantics roll on antcon 25 lol Thankyou for all your wonderful hard work u do
