order was late due to royal mail returning package to ant ant antics with an apparent fault with the shipping label [ obviously royal mails fault as usual] ant antics contacted me either within the day or day after when they were free and gave me free tracking with my order due to the problem, even though i payed for standard shipping.they resent the order that was supposed to be 2 queen 15-30 workers tetramorium bicarinatum colony, and turned up with atleast 100-200 workers with however many queens were also squeezed i the full test tube. they all looked excelent and i am so looking forward to ordering from them again. they sent it on thursday evening and arrived the next day morning with speed. extremely trustful service, quick replies, alot of care into the animals, and even more care for the customers. i cant express my love for this company❤️.

Less than 24 hours from order to delivery makes these guys top in fast efficient service, I could stop here, but I won't. I ordered a single colony, 1 queen with brood, she was in peak condition, calm as if she hadn't a care in the world. Completely no stress whatsoever, not my first dealing with Antantics and it definitely won't be my last, large selection of species, great choice for beginners and seasoned keepers too, their sugar snaps are great too. Check them out. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I know nothing about keeping ants but my son asked for a colony for his birthday! Luckily, Ant Antics were able to answer all my questions (on a Sunday!) and supply the species he wanted. They even made sure they arrived on a day when he would be home to accept delivery. Can't recommend Ant Antics highly enough 😊

What a company best customer service out there and they know what they are talking about.

The most professional modern insect company I’ve dealt with, the experience from start to finish was above and beyond. To start they were friendly and concise with my additional parts I wanted to add to my order no hassle what so ever. The order was super quick to arrive and fully integrated into the shop app which made it super easy for me to check for updates on my order. When it arrived it was taped in a unique and branded ant antics style with clear writing for the Postal service to be careful with it. When I opened the package there I was greeted with my 24 hour live shipping guarantee with clear instructions about the guarantee. Next were the two certificates for the colonies I had bought with unique identifiers and where the ants were sourced from and additional information on help and support absolute perfection you can’t ask for more than that. The ants arrived in the plastic test tubes with a serial numbers on each just another mark of pure care taken from this extraordinary company. Each tube carefully inside the packaging was secured with really cool custom foam fittings and a sugar snaps sample for the ants was added in as well. I will 100% be going here for all my ant needs in the future, I wish there where more companies who took such pride in there stores.

I ordered a 2 Queen 20 Worker Pheidole Megacephala colony, they came with 35 Workers, and were delivered promptly and in good health and well packaged, it is clear the AntAntics store care about their queens and customer service. I would highly recommend them! Best Ant Shop!

By far one of the best Queen Ant retailers I’ve ever come across! The attention to detail is amazing! With most retailers, queens just come packaged in a standard Jiffy bag or box but with Ant Antics, it was stepped it up a notch!
