The Dashound cutters were very reasonably priced and were delivered very quickly. Good quality but … the design with the thin tail & little legs wasn’t working practically. I called them up and a very helpful person apologised and amazingly offered to create a new cutter with thicker legs & shorter tail. Design was adjusted and a new pack free of charge was posted out. I got the new pack 2 days ago. I’m delighted and this is exceptional customer service.
