Picture wasn’t really clear print came out very blurry, customer service is very bad emailed and the person who emailed back was extremely rude and didn’t try to resolve anything.

Delivery really quick but I seem to have ordered a wafer topper, rather than fondant icing which was what I wanted. Guess I'll have to order another one but make sure I order the right thing.

I am very unhappy with this seller. The item was required for my father's funeral on 05 September. It arrived exactly a week late. I telephoned the seller BEFORE Dad's funeral which was 200 miles away from my home. Initially he was very pleasant, but as soon as I said he might be at fault, he became abusive, telling me that I was questioning his business, and telling me how long he had been in business. When I managed to get a word in edgeways, he blamed the Post Office and the recent strikes, which his fair enough, but doesn't absolve him of his promise on purchase that the items would arrive in time. He took no further action. I rest my case, I cannot find fault with the product, but Dad's funeral has passed. What do I do with 2 cake toppers for a funeral? They have gone into the bin. What a waste of £10.00 Maggie Murray

I ordered a personalised cake topper for my grandaughters cake and hadn't received it in the specified time. I contacted Goggly and they sent out another one which I received the very next day. I was very please with the fast response for a replacement.
