They are quick in paying out my claims. They have one of the more comprehensive claims here in Asia. They can improve on replying to my emails.

Overall the insurance is good, claims are settled in time. The yearly premium increase is a lot and clearly at the upper limit. If it goes at this rate one might reconsidering looking somewhere else for cheaper alternative.

The promise of cost approval was quick. My surgery is also paid quickly. The transaction took place directly between the hospital and MorganPrice. Unfortunately, the premium increase was very high compared to the previous year, i.e. from $ 3,298 to 5,235!

As a customer I have never made any claim for service with Morgan Price to date. Therefore my comments can only be based on the policy documents and not to any service received.

On the positive side, they have eventually covered (reimbursed) everything they had to cover. On the negative side, they are slow to respond to claims, the one time I tried to arrange direct payment to a hospital (in Brazil) it didn't work (I paid with my credit card and they reimbursed me), and once I had to dicker with them about covering a particular procedure (they eventually did cover it). Finally, they bumped my rates up A LOT between 2019 and 2020 (with no advance warning), because of "inflation." I give them a highish rating because the insurance industry is generally so bad.

The claiming procedures compared to others are very time consuming. The reply to any requests takes to long.The emails for the claims are not clear and changing without letting the customer know.
