I have dealt with several mortgage companies for home buying and refinancing over the last five years. I have often felt nervous and confused because mostly they were not helpful, patient or straightforward. Some were outright rude. So, when I was searching for a new mortgage company to refinance my property, I was praying to finally find one that is genuine, honest, and patient in answering my questions and explaining the terms of potential loans.
