I never would have guessed from a commercial that I would luck into such a GREAT company to work with to refinance my primary home! Having just finished a refinance process for my rental property with another lender referred by a realtor, I was thoroughly disgusted and frustrated with the errors and mistakes committed by the lender. So despite the perfect timing to refinance my home, I dreaded going through the process again. BUT HELLO! I found Cheer Lending and they were outstanding to work with and a truly professional company!!! Judge collected my documents and Marina coordinated the loan process All was handled efficiently, all calls were timely and to the point. What impressed me was their preparedness for each call. They did not repeat questions from prior calls, had reviewed my documents and knew what stage of the process we were in prior to the call, Even communication with their co-workers was up-to-date so that our time on the phone was productive. I never felt a languishing moment with Cheer Lending. On top of it all, I got an outstanding rate and the closing was expeditious and as promised. I refinanced TWO houses with Cheerlending and it could not have been easier!! I don't think I have ever left a review on social media but the personal customer service we received from Nate and Justin from CheerLending deserves this 5 stars! I reached out to 2 different places and was dissappointed with misinformation. Nate was the first person I spoke to at CheerLending and he was confident he could do it and I seriously thought it was too good to be true. He and Justin worked together to make sure we had all the information we needed and knew what step our loan was in during the simple/quick process. We reduced our monthly payments and secured a lower interest rate. I highly recommend calling them to see what they can do for you.

Had a great experience with the team from CheerLending! Kristin and Jessica worked on two refinances simultaneously, worked to get the best rates, and had them close within a week of each other, saving me thousands in interest! As of April 2021, I’ve completed 3 refinances on properties within Cheerleading and have been happy with all them. Kristin and Patrick completed this last one and gave me a variety of options and were on point with their details. Would definitely recommend and use again in any future lending needs!

This is our first experience working with an amazing Mortgage Company - Cheer Lending. We got to know this company from KTVU2 and we called them after we got really frustrated with another mortgage company that was waiting for our refinancing application and it took a long time to complete (over 3 months) because I was self-employed. Our first call spoke to Judge on March 3, 2021 and he is a very helpful and very kind person, he asked for all the documents and just a few days he sent us documents to lock the refinance rate. Then Justin helped us with a very patient and very kind person too, he called every week to follow up on what other documents they needed to submit to the lender and only for 4 weeks we were approved and done. They really work very professional and humor too, if this review has 10 stars, we would like to give them 10 stars. We thank God that He sends us good people because we always ask Him in our prayers every day. We would like to recommend this company to our relatives and friends. Cheers

Surperb Customer service! Highly recommend Cheerlending! My husband and I had a horrible experience with another lending company. We were trying to refinance our mortgage, and the process was into the 3rd month with no progress, only duplicate email requests for documents we had already provided and Un-returned calls when we tried reaching out. One evening we saw an ad on TV for Cheerlending and we decided to call. We were assigned with Will Pomerich and Justin Hardaway. They were extremely professional, explained everything along the way, and kept in touch with us, called us when they said they would, etc. We are very happy to say that it only took 1 month to complete our Refi and it was The BEST experience we have ever had!! We are definitely recommending our two guys, Will and Justin, from Cheerlending, to our friends and family!!

Claudia and Marina were amazing! My first refinancing experience with a different lender a couple years ago was not a good experience at all and there were delays that caused my interest rate to increase in the end (which this was my goal to drop my interest rate in refinancing); however, these ladies made it way too easy! Everything was handled over the phone and they followed up with me every week and in between if I needed! Everything they needed paper wise, I was able to submit through phone with no hassle! We went over the numbers a few times and nothing changed as promised, they locked in my numbers and rates from the start! Everything went so smooth I was seriously amazed and grateful! I can’t say enough great things with them and this experience! My co-worker recommended cheerleading and I’m not regretting it at all!
