3had a little issues with verifying my bank account, but by calling the office everything was taken care easily.

I had to call back 4 times after being approved and then amount had decreased from what I was originally approved for.

the information on the website is 100% inaccurate. you WILL NOT receive your money the same day or even the day after approval. it takes 2 business days and they lie and tell you its your banks fault but i just got off the phone with my bank and they dont even see the ACH amount coming through and they DO NOT hold funds for any length of time. im absolutley mislead and upset. i needed the money today not tomorrow and could have easily used a different loan company if i new i wouldnt get it right away. so, PEOPLE use mypaydayloan.com if you really want money fast.

Loan shark interest rates. Paid back 3 times what I borrowed and they took it in small amounts so you don't notice it. I will never use this company or this type of service again. It's a burden.

Poor service and Customer service! CashAmericaToday is a business out to take advantage of people, that may have an emergency crisis and need some extra cash. I was told untruth and many questions that rep, could not answer. I asked that the call be escalated to a manager. The manager did not give his name, was rude and did not answer my questions. All they were concerned with was having me sign for approval, which I declined to do. Please do not waste your money and time on these loan sharks!

Excellent service all around

My application was processed quickly and efficiently. I would like to see more amount options for loans, such as minimum of $100 and $ 150 option which was NOT indicated on the pull down screen. Thank you!
