I love that I can respond to reviews on a variety of sites all from within Reputation.com. It saves a ton of time and allows me to respond to them quicker.

United Kingdom | 28 September 2024The company we are associated with rely on this platform to monitor the progress of the business, so when the Reputation Score falls below the required average we simply fake the reviews. We ask all our friends, customers, family...etc to deliberately leave fake reviews to boost the Reputation Score. Don't believe everything you read on Reputation as a huge percentage will be fake reviews.

United States | 12 September 2024We have been battling with Reputation.com to setup a survey system for our communities for over 6 months and still do not have any resolve. We work with a 3rd party who has submitted numerous tickets on our behalf as well as had several calls to complete this task and they continue to kick the can down the road. This is not only frustrating but it also has hindered business practices and their team remains unresponsive.

The sentiment score goes down day by day and once a month, increases according to the number of reviews received in last 30 days. There is a negative disbalance that tends to take your company scooring down all the time, the system is designed to receive daily and continuous reviews, wich is impossible in the BTR sector without burning out your resources. Poor customer service and resolution, avoid whether possible.

Reputation hosted an event to it's clients/customers, that illustrated everything the customer experience should be. Every element from the welcome reception, the workshops, food, atmosphere, merchandise and the incredible friendly engagement from Reputation employees brought out so many positive vibes. I look at Reputation and the culture it's created with the organisation, and thought "now that's a company I would love to work for!". Imagine if every customer who came through the doors of our business felt the same way, and that's what we should be aiming for. Reputation set the standard for customer experience in the best possible way and that's why Transform24 deserves the 5-star rating.

United States | 06 April 2024First, know that I didn’t pick them, I inherited the management of Reputation.com at my company. In the past I’ve worked with the top Customer Feedback Management (CFM) vendors in the space and had never heard of Reputation.com. I gave them a chance, and perhaps I got a little spoiled by my previous experience, but they have failed miserably. Never have I been treated so poorly by a vendor. Whenever we have issues, we are ignored by the Account Manager and CSM. I have to give credit to their technical support though as they fill in where the other two fall short. Their survey, data analysis and reporting capabilities pale in comparison to the leading CFM vendors. I don’t recommend them at all. Do your homework and don’t be driven by just price when choosing a CFM vendor.

United States | 03 February 2024I am thoroughly disappointed with the Reputation customer services and integration team. Despite the system's great reporting features, the constant issues with integrations have overshadowed any positives. The lack of ownership and commitment from their team, excluding a few exceptions, is frustrating. Communication is sparse, follow-up meetings are canceled, and problem resolution is minimal. I would not recommend this system due to these ongoing integration problems. A reevaluation of their customer service practices is urgently needed.
