In a world where everyone is quick to complain and barely anyone want to take to time of day to leave positive comments even after a good experience. The calculations of this site are unjust. This site can cost people jobs when they do not think about the weight of the rep score can carry.

United States | 23 November 2022Worse company I’ve ever had the displeasure to work with. It’s an oxymoron that reputation.com couldn’t care less about their reputation. Their sales rep. Lied and the entire company works together to cover up. They will do anything to keep you locked in a year contract even if they are not meeting their obligation. We are currently paying for a service even though half of what they were supposed to provide was never implemented. We spoke to over 8 different people, they pass you from person to person and NOBODY gives a damn. They just want your money. Real crooks. I am glad I’m almost done with literally throwing my money away for 12 months. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worse enemy. very dishonest people!

As a Regional Marketing Director in Property Management, it has saved me and my teams onsite so much time to improve social media scores. Having their Reputation X score and the detailed granular info that it provided, gives my teams specifics on how they can improve their score. Also with the Actions tab on the dashboard, it is easy to monitor how properties are handling their reviews and what courses of action are being taken to remedy any situation that could occur and does this up until completion. I could literally name so many aspects of the product that really work and provide value to my company but you are going to have to try it for yourself.

United States | 22 April 2022Reputation does what I need it to do in the property management industry. Responding to reviews is so quick and easy. I like that all reviews come into one dashboard, and the prefilled responses make it so quick. There are so many options for reports and you can even make custom ones if you can't find what you're looking for. I wish some things on the back end were easier to set up. Not everything is self-explanatory and some things support has to fix for me. I do wish it was easier to send review requests to customers - that's something Reputation is lacking. Overall it's a solid reputation management platform.
