I like this platform as it provides more flexibility to pay off also one more I would like to add as a suggestion is to provide more brands options such as expedia, booking.com , and multi city flights options Rest all is perfect

Terrible company! Since having an account with Vuelo I’ve been able to use it once with a lot of hassle, to then look through my bank transactions to see they have been taking money from my account without my permission. I then message their customer support team to them say they have had a technical glitch and my refund will be 72 hours it’s now past that and have still not received my money.

I recently used the Vuelo booking app, and I have to say it was an exceptional experience. Amazing app to book all your travel needs. In the same app you can book hotels and flights. And the best part is that you can pay per month. Also, the customer service team is always available to help, specially Justine which is an absolute angel.

Do not use this company - they offer you a credit limit just so you can make one purchase - then they reduce your limit for no reason whatsoever - they don’t take in account keeping up regular payments on time! - do not trust them! Following on - they have stopped replying to my messages after I asked to raise a complaint - I am strongly considering in taking my complaint to the FCO Update! : After raising a complaint they have completely decreased my credit limit to no limit at all - it’s very clear they have only done this because I have raised a complaint

Update from my previous review. As stated earlier 25% of the app was functional and that was the booking hotels feature. This has now also been withdrawn and locked although I have not missed a payment nor do I have bad account conduct. Although I have a small balance my credit limit has also been removed. Imagine Barclaycard giving you a £3k limit, you conduct your account responsibly and then they choose to cancel your limit. Yes, it’s nonsense followed by weak, non-committal explanations / excuses of months of maintenance & ‘terms and conditions’. At this point, the app has now been deleted as it’s useless and was just taking up valuable phone storage.

Unfortunately since I was accepted by this company, I was never able to use any of the services. My credit limit fluctuated a few times and then disappeared all together without any notification or explanation although I had not made a booking. I find it very interesting how there are other reviews praising the app when all I have received is multiple emails of excuses for several weeks attempting to address the issue of why the app does not work. Most apps advise their maintenance will be between 2am and 5am on any given day. This maintenance has been for several weeks. Misleading, disappointing and a huge waste of my time.

Sofian is fab!

Good app and definitely something that will be developed into something good. Such a shame that they got rid of the brands section, now you can only book hotels via their own search page which is linked to Expedia and charges you £20-£30 more than Expedia does😓 as well as this you can only book hotels that are over £100 per night, in reality they should lower this to £50 to ensure people don’t have to book expensive hotels as sometimes literally leaves you with no options as they’re all under £100.

Very smooth process great service

I love how effective and efficient Vuelo is in a few clicks I was able to book and pay for my flight. It’s not always I’ll be using this but amazing opportunity for when you so many things do it and sort it. Love it

Not only did she manage to get my error flights cancelled and refunded, but she also secured seats for me to rebook—something I thought was impossible.
