Great course structure and delivery, lots of real life situation used to be able to learn the theory.

The Course content was very clear. Presented in an easy to learn format. The trainer is very experienced on the subject. But for the amount of materials to be covered, this course should be 5 days please.

I really enjoyed my 1-to-1 MS Teams Training Session with Rob Davies and found it very helpful. Rob was an excellent trainer & communicator and tailored the session to what I needed covered to enhance my Teams skills going forwards. Ten out of ten!

NILC was very supportive - my course is virtual one and all the lectures were recorded (I always dragged into urgent meetings, so this is a important perk). Also they are very helpful for me to apply for PLA funding. Definitely recommend!!

Great service from the first phone call with Karim. I made enquiries having seen their advert in Facebook for SAGE Payroll course. Karim gave me the information I needed for Welsh Government ReAct+ funding, what to do and later gave me advice on best combination of suitable courses. Online courses via Zoom booked with Julie. She was fantastic. Easy to get on with, made the courses fun and answered my questions (lots of them!!) and I passed with flying colours! Very pleased overall and would use again and highly recommend.

Intensive learning that was ideal introduction and tuition for PRINCE2 exams. I felt well prepared to sit the Foundation and Practitioner exams after an enjoyable 4 day course at work, facilitated by Tony who attended on site; providing excellent materials and relatable content. I would highly recommend to other large institutions wanting to run courses for their staff.

It shows through how committed Karim is to giving us a pleasant and smooth experience of the course. Where I’ve had problems and processing delays before with getting my disability evidence submitted to exam boards in the past, he gets them sent off and processed right away. Our tutor, Tony, went above and beyond to make sure my teaching and exam experience was accessible disability-wise. It also really felt as though the course syllabus stuck in the training sessions. He taught us in an engaging way that gave us the skills to use the syllabus in our careers - I can already feel it making a difference!

Karim made booking this course so easy. He responded to my emails quickly and helpfully. He has offered a place to sit the exams, with a laptop set up ready. Tony was an excellent tutor - he presented the course with great knowledge. His experience as a project manager shone through all week, and helped bring the course to life.

This is a very dry and fast-paced course, with a lot to take in. The course tutor, however, did an immense job of bringing it to life and making it interesting
