Don't judge a book by its cover. the office is not located in the best part of Newport however they have provided some of the best training that I have ever attended. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Prince2 Foundation/Practitioner Course/Exam Excellent pre course support. Excellent and well delivered course and lecturer - really brought the source material to life, enabling understanding of the principles , themes and processes of P2 in context . Would highly recommend .

Absolutely fantastic training company. Unlike many others on the market, they look after their customers from start to finish. They are not pushy sales people that try to sell their courses, they sit down with you over coffee to find out what is best suited to the individual. They go out of their way to do what is right for you. I cannot recommend enough! I've completed Microsoft Project and Prince2 Foundation and Practioner. Again, unlike other companies, the trainers that deliver the courses are experts in their field with many years experience.

I have completed a Microsoft course and a Wordpress course with the NILC and thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. The staff and trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, so much so, that I now work with them and am doing all sorts of IT-based tasks that I never dreamed of being able to do because the courses I took at this centre gave me that much confidence and encouragement. The facilities are pleasant and clean and there is free parking available very close by
