Great experience from start to finish with NILC training. Karim offered exceptional customer service, sense checking if my chosen course was right for me and swiftly dealing with the React paperwork to ensure I could do the course at the next available stock Tony was an excellent and engaginng training. I had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 days and most importantly all the tools and techniques needed to firstly pass my exam and then hopefully to put the learnings in to practice. Big thumbs up from me.

I recently attended a training course for Excel Intermediate level and Pivot tables. Both Richard and Julie were very welcoming and had an in-depth knowledge of the materials they taught. They were both very helpful and happy to give advice on subjects outside of the course material.

Very warmly greeted by a friendly man who instructed me to go upstairs to meet his colleague. I was very nervous when I met Kandy but she made me very comfortable whilst going thru the instructions for the exam. I was so excited when I finished and passed my exam and Kandy was so happy for me. Kandy went above and beyond what she needed to do. I am glad to have taken this exam at NILC

The service provided by Karim and his team is first class. Support and advice was given all the way through. The prince 2 course delivered by Tony Perks was excellent! A dry subject was delivered and brought to life by Tony which maid the course very enjoyable and delivered a comprehensive guide to this subject. Highly recommend to any experienced or junior project manager.

Completed 2 courses in the last couple of months with NILC. They were for MS Project which was done via Zoom and Agile Foundation / Practioner which was held in the Angel Hotel in Cardiff. Both tutors were very informed and passionate about the topics they were teaching. Much welcomed humour and enthusiasm made the courses enjoyable to learn. Pre training information, support and coordination was very good and Karim kept me informed as to developments when Covid had delayed face to face classes from last Spring. Overall a very good / excellent experience and look forward to other options in the future.

The course is interesting, eventhough the course is intensive the lecturer makes it easier and he is friendly and caring.

I was greeted by a lovely man who instantly put me at ease as I was super nervous for my exam. When instructed to go upstairs to meet his colleague Kandy I was so relieved to have such a comforting person to prepare me to sit my exam. Kandy reassured me so much beforehand and instantly put me at ease. I was really nervous when I finished my exam as I anticipated my results and Kandy was so relieved and happy for me when I passed, I was so fortunate to share such a happy moment with her!!! Kandy, you made a really nerve wracking day much more pleasant! And as I start my career, I’ll remember the day I passed with you at the forefront! Kandy went above and beyond what she needed to do.

Absolutely fantastic. I have never come across such a good teacher. He had so much patience. I really enjoyed the course even though I didn't think I would. A subject which I have always struggled with has now become a subject I enjoy. I would definitely recommend and would like to do the next level.

Excellent training in Microsoft Project delivered by NILC Professional and friendly from the first contact . I loved the fact that everything was super efficient , you’re sent in advance details of how the online learning will be delivered . At the end of each session a recording of the event is sent across so that you can review and check your learning. The trainer will explain /teach you in easy steps then you action that on your own device to embed the learning. Anyone working in project management. Learning this application will save you time and money , create instant professional reports. Quick changes in workplace can be applied as the project adapts rather than spending hours amending on Microsoft excel Look forward to signing up for the advanced Microsoft project !

The courses that NILC provided were very well explained and presented. Both of the instructors that I had, were very knowledgeable in the course subjects and answered all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend both the EDCL Level 2 and the Microsoft 356 and Teams courses to anyone.
