A great experience. Rob was very patient and a knowledgable trainer in SQL and Power BI, it was a pleasure to work with him. The team at NILC were very flexible with course dates and allowed me to borrow a laptop to work from home. Would recommend NILC to anyone.

From beginning to end the service was amazing, from helping me chose the right courses, making sure the dates were convenient to sending me my certificates after course completion. The staff were great, alway happy to help with any queries. I was kept well informed before, during and after the course. The course itself is very intense and there is lots to take in, however the trainer (Tony) was constantly asking if we understood and more than happy to explain further until we understood. Rather than "death by powerpoint" or reading Tony supplied us with examples that we could relate to throughout the course.

Tony, who delivered the course content was brilliant and had an engaging method of delivery. Although the course content was good, it wouldn't have went as efficiently as it did, nor would it have stuck with me as it has if it wasn't for Tony's coaching.

NILC was great from start to finish. From before the training started, I reached out to the customer service email and received prompt respond from Karim at NILC who helped and guided me through signing up, securing funding and preparing for the course. Throughout the course the trainer Tony was excellent and clearly very experienced in delivering the program, with a combination of direct course content and applications to real life to ensure that everyone was not only prepared for the exam, but fully understood the content, the logic behind it and how it will affect future roles. I cannot recommend them enough.

Tony was a great teacher and an instructor, he was receptive and accommodating. He paid attention to details so as to know where and how to come in. He uses real life scenario to give explanation which made it more simple and easy to grab.
