Rarely do I take the time to write a review. I ordered an ex-demo chair, discounted, and still received prompt communication on delivery day and slot. To have such a friendly and professional person deliver a chair considered "clearance" and spend the effort ensuring I knew how to set it up and how best to use it for a taller-than-average person is an asset to the company and has made sure I'll go through you again for my future home office expansion. Clearly knew his stuff and was a great representative with your company name on his uniform. Chair was exactly as described, down to the pre-described scuffs with nothing hidden, very fair price and very fast delivery.

Easy to order - delivered quickly

Delivered exactly as promised, slightly earlier than the time slot but without needing help finding the place (which is difficult, so they definitely read the instructions). Chair was in perfect condition and they removed the packaging, so I didn’t have to deal with an enormous box. Highly recommended!

Ordered an Orangebox Joy chair from Wellworking with optional features specified. I was kept well informed of delivery timescale and I was able to select a delivery day that suited me. The chair arrived on time and with the fabric and optional features I’d chosen. There was no damage to the chair and everything works on it. The delivery driver was polite and offered to take away the packaging. All in all a great experience.

Really impressed with this company. I bought Herman Miller chairs from them on the basis of no fuss 14 day returns. All delivered on time and when asked to return they sorted it out over online chat and collected within a few days. Obviously these are expensive chairs and I didn’t want to be stuck with chairs that I didn’t get on with. In the end I settled for the Mirra2 after trying the Aeron. Customer service is spot on and would recommend them to anyone, even Herman Miller themselves, which I had multiple issues with and had to chase up for collections and refunds. Wellworking is also cheaper than HM!!
